Important Notice Regarding Travel

Dear Soltara friends, patrons and community

As we’ve continued to follow the global developments and conversations, and as we have continued to watch the advisories from both our local and international leaders and medical professionals, we have made the difficult decision to cancel all retreats through June 20, 2020. In addition, given the global uncertainty, we are suspending taking any new bookings and registrations until May 4, 2020, at which point we will hopefully have a clear understanding about our ability to resume operations on June 21. Please feel free to sign up for our newsletter, if you haven’t already, to receive updates about dates and retreats, as well as additional resources, support, and high quality content as we move through this crisis, together.

We will be in touch with all passengers from these weeks individually.

Our deepest condolences to you and your respective communities, nations and families for any harm or inconvenience this pandemic has caused or may continue to cause. Nobody wanted this scenario. For us at Soltara, after two years of intense effort, dedication, and heart, as well as the challenges and growing pains of building a sustainable organization and community, we were wearily longing for a period of stability in our service. Our collective rite of passage, however, seems not to be complete quite yet.

We hope that you and your communities and loved ones are able to access resources to get through these trying times. We will be caring for our core team here at Soltara, keeping our hearts beating until we can stem the tide of this globally. Our promise is that we’ll be ready to serve when we do, and we’ll be honoring all customer deposits when we return to service.

This is a challenging time for us all, and our hearts go out to those who are directly impacted by this virus. We hope that you are able to get the care that you need and that this process will lay bare the flaws in our system so that we may address them, and address them, we should.

In solidarity, we wish you safety and well-being while undergoing your respective quarantines.

With love and inifinite gratitude from the entire Soltara family,

Daniel Cleland
