At Soltara, we welcome you into a safe, supportive space to explore what’s calling you – whether that’s healing, personal growth, connection, or deepening your relationship with the world around you. Guided by Indigenous Peruvian Shipibo healers, we weave Ayahuasca ceremony with supportive practices and a year-long integration program. Our decades of experience create a grounded environment for your journey to unfold.

Tucked into Costa Rica’s mountains, Goddess Falls is our most nature-immersed retreat yet and is intentionally designed to be more affordable without compromising on care or quality.

Located in a region known for its vibrant wildlife, cascading waterfalls, and thriving rainforest, the retreat sits atop a ridge within a 200-acre private sanctuary. Guests can take in sweeping views of the valley below, explore jungle trails, or simply settle into the pace of the land.

Our secluded slice of sundrenched paradise is surrounded on all sides by the vibrant sounds of the tropical forest.

Awaken each morning to bird songs, monkeys playing in trees, and crashing waves in the distance. Your Journey to Soltara: Travel & Daily Flow

Once you arrive at the pickup hotel, we’ll take it from there – with every detail tended to, from your first meal to group orientation – so you can step into the journey ahead with ease and trust.

  • Group shuttle transportation is included between our partner airport hotel and Soltara – no extra charge. Just meet us at the hotel on Day 1, and we’ll take it from there.
  • We’ve partnered with the hotel to offer discounted rates for Soltara guests, including free airport pickup and breakfast, if you book a night before or after your retreat.
  • Pricing is all-inclusive from the moment we pick you up until we return you to the same hotel at the end of your retreat – including transportation, meals, and support along the way.
  • Ayahuasca-friendly lunch provided on your journey to Soltara.

As one of the first Ayahuasca retreats to emphasize holistic and integrative before- and aftercare support, we are constantly evolving to meet you where you are and connect to the answers and agency you already have within you.
