I’m Paola. I’ve worked with psychedelics, plant medicines, and various healing practices for many years; both for my own evolution and to accompany fellow travelers in their journeys of self-discovery and healing.

Through the medicine, I joined Soltara’s facilitation team this summer with deep gratitude and joy.
I believe that the work with the medicine is a journey that begins the moment one feels the call to meet her and continues through the retreat — and beyond — throughout one’s life.

I also believe that sharing this process is essential, as we open ourselves to the immense and powerful network that becomes available through such a mysterious and wise channel.

I consider it a great honor to walk hand in hand with all who choose to embark on this path. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of accompanying people during their preparation and integration processes — sometimes in formal settings, and often more informally. My approach is grounded in presence, deep listening, and mutual trust, creating a space where each person feels supported in their own unique unfolding. I aim to help others connect with their inner wisdom, making space for whatever arises with compassion and curiosity.
