Omi was born in Fiji and came to Canada as a young immigrant at age 3, growing up in Vancouver where he still lives today. He first found Soltara through his own personal healing journey, attending as a guest, and later joining the team as Guest Experience Coordinator.

In his free time, Omi is a songwriter, an avid home cook, and spends much of his time at the beach with his dog, Milo. He loves working at Soltara because of the work itself: connecting prospective guests to the right retreat for where they are in their own healing. He is still walking his own healing path, and he meets guests with the understanding that comes from being on that journey himself.

Omi brings a warm smile, patient listening, and genuine care to every conversation, and takes pride in helping each guest feel prepared, supported, and welcomed long before they arrive at Soltara.
