We balance (optional) scheduled activities with lots of free time for you to let your intuition be your guide. Meditate in our gardens or on the beach, take advantage of the calm Gulf waters with snorkeling or kayaking, find your creative side in our fully stocked art space, or discuss your experience with our warm and compassionate facilitators. Whatever calls you – our staff and facilities are a safe haven for you to let go of whatever doesn’t serve you, making space for everything that does.
